The wordpress software that I use for blogging has its limits. My blog is actually hosted on the wordpress.com website, so many things are outside of my control. One thing that I miss from my old self-hosted wordpress blog was the ability to record search terms and referrers. Today the wordpress folks implemented a feature to let me see overall stats for the past 7 days, 30 days, quarter, year, and all time for both search terms and referrers.
And here is where my traffic comes from:

I love this. I can get a good idea of what type of sites my traffic is comming from. I can concentrate on similar sites, or reinforce my connections with existing sites.

Very interesting. I am not at all “geeky,” but I will be checking to see if I can pull up such stats on my own blog. Thanks for sharing.
I like how I can see what people search for (and follow) before they come to my blog.
I actually just looked back to see why this place was a referer to mine, clearly out of pitiful insecurity. Apparently, as would normally be the case, I was random blog result.
Nice Blog.
