Wierd Giant Clock

I wanted to make a clock to tell me what time a snapshot occured for the sims world map image. I started to play around and got something that looks a bit odd. Every set of nine blocks represents a number. The number of blocks lit up is the number. So … 3 blocks lit up represents 3. I keep changing wich ones are lit every 10 seconds so it keeps changing. Interesting I guess. I wonder how it’s going to show up on the map. Each block is 1 sq. m. so it should be large enough. The blocks here read 8:24 am, February 18. The time is in UTC. I don’t have a way to get both date and time for PST unless I do some complex timezone adjustments for the date – especially this year.
